Moving Beyond “Survival” Mode – FAM Workshop, April 2026

Preventing Burnout and Finding Balance

Burnout is not a inevitable consequence of success.

You’re juggling files, emails, family life, and that never-ending list of tasks? In this whirlwind, it’s often your own energy that serves as the adjustment variable. But for your business and life to thrive, you need to be at the top of your game.

This workshop is for you if:

  • You constantly feel “underwater” or in reaction mode
  • Mental fatigue is starting to affect your creativity and decision-making
  • You’re looking for realistic tools to protect your mental health

What you will learn concretely

Led by Audrey Himmer-Jude, therapist and founder of The Brewing Mind Counselling, this workshop combines knowledge from the field of mental health and concrete experience from the entrepreneurial and professional world.

Audrey offers you a space for reflection and learning to better understand the mechanisms of burnout and recognize the early signs of mental overload. Learn to:

  • Identify your own limits
  • Better organize your time
  • Develop simple and realistic strategies to preserve your energy on a daily basis

Through concrete examples and practical tools, this workshop aims to encourage a more conscious and balanced approach to work and responsibilities.

This workshop is intended for professionals, entrepreneurs, and any woman wanting to better understand the impact of chronic stress and learn to protect her well-being while remaining engaged in her projects.
