IKIGAI: Your Business Compass

What if 2026 was the year you fully realigned with the woman, entrepreneur, and creator you are?

For this first workshop of the year, we invite you to explore your IKIGAI, a powerful tool from Japan, often described as the reason for being, the inner compass that guides our choices and gives meaning to our projects.

This workshop is exclusively dedicated to businesswomen, creators, and project leaders who want to start the year with clarity, intention, and alignment and inspire each other in a supportive space.

What you will discover

During this interactive workshop, you will learn to:

✅ Define your Ikigai by exploring what you love, what you excel at, what the world needs, and what you can be paid for.

✅ Strengthen your personal and professional alignment to undertake with more confidence and fluidity.

✅ Identify your action levers to evolve your activity with meaning and consistency.

Why participate?

This workshop is a gift to yourself to take a step back and leave with a clearer vision of your entrepreneurial year. Start 2026:

About the Femmes d’Affaires en Mouvement (FAM) group

The Femmes d’Affaires en Mouvement (FAM) group, founded by the SDECB in 2002, is a dynamic community that addresses francophone and bilingual women entrepreneurs in British Columbia. Its goal is to support entrepreneurs in achieving their ambitions and to support them in facing common challenges such as access to financing, markets, discrimination, or the balance between professional and private life.

Through monthly meetings, FAM offers a privileged setting to exchange with other businesswomen and participate in workshops led by experts on essential topics such as financial management, marketing, communication, and time management. These meetings allow for the development of key skills while promoting networking and mutual aid to encourage perseverance and success in the business world.
